Hi-Tech Park Belarus and "Aleinikov & Partners" law firm signed the long term Cooperation Agreement.

HTP provides a uniquel business environment for IT business with incentives unprecedented for European countries. Due to the legislative initiative of the Belarusian government, IT companies are exempt from all corporate taxes, including VAT, profit, real estate and land taxes. Individual income tax has a fixed rate of 9% for the employees of HTP companies. That resulted in a fast boost of IT industry in the country.

Advocate Denis Aleinikov defends Blitz Team in dispute with Wargaming

Denis Aleinikov took the lead on legal defence of Blitz Team in a dispute with Wargaming, publisher and developer of the world-famous game World of Tanks. Five lawsuits have been brought to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus against Blitz Team employees (former employees of Wargaming’s Minsk office) being sued for US$1.69 million altogether for violating Wargaming's exclusive rights while working on the Open Source project
