The senior partner of Law Group “Argument” Denis Aleinikov took part in the summit of the directors of Centre of System Business Technologies “Satio” named “Training and Development of the Personnel is the Most Effective Business Strategy”. The directors’ summit is the only platform for the experience exchange of top-managers in the field of the development of new marketing solutions and complex development strategy. Summit was held for the first time in January 2007 and attracted the interest of the directors of the country. It is a dialog platform where leaders of the companies meet within three dialog panels: • Government and private sector dialog panel – dialog with the representatives of the authorities; • Expert panel – master-classes by the recognized experts in the sphere of management; • Directors’ panel – the most successful managers of the national and foreign companies acting in the territory of the country present reports and cases. Aleksandr Demidov, director of “Coca-Cola Beverages Belorussia”, Olga Lyugaeva, general director of “Milavitsa”, Irina Belova, director of OU Business School (Great Britain) in Belarus, and Irina Demidik, partner of Centre of System Business Technologies “Satio” participated in the work of the summit among the others. |
