| On December 21, 2011 the senior partner of Law Group “Argument” Denis Aleinikov participated in a roundtable entitled “Real Property Lease: Issues on Conclusion, Execution and Termination of Contracts and the Court Practice” organized by the editors of the journal ”Herald of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus” in cooperation with the Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers.The roundtable was held for the first time in anticipation of the adoption of the ruling by the Plenum of the Supreme Economic Court dedicated to the consideration of the peculiarities of the respective category of disputes. The main speakers of the roundtable were the governing body and judges of the Supreme Economic Court, and judges of economic courts of the city of Minsk and Minsk region. |
