The regular airplay of “Letter of the law” devoted to the topic “How to enforce decision of the Belarusian court abroad?” went into air in the live program of TUT.BY studio on November 16, 2010.

In the course of the program Senior Partner of Law Group “Argument” Denis Aleinikov and Irina Belskaya, Head of the Central Legal Department of Supreme Economic Court of Belarus have discussed the following issues: How often and why do the economic court orders of the Republic of Belarus fail to be enforced abroad? What is easier for the enforcement: the decision of the public court or that of the arbitration? How to prepare the documents for sending the court decision for recognition and its enforcement abroad?
