Lawyers of Law Group «Argument» took part in round table discussions «Co-financed construction of buildings: court practice» in Minsk. The event was organized at the initiative of The Supreme Economic Court Legal Bulletin. In round table discussions which gathered together judges and lawyers, representatives of construction organizations and state authorities took part the Deputy Chairperson of the Supreme Economic Court of Belarus Viktor Ryabtsev, the Head of the construction and investments committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee Nickolay Butrim, the Judge of the Economic Court of Minsk Andrei Bobkov.

During the meeting the following issues were discussed: how to secure the interests of all the parties which participate in co-financed construction, how not to scare away investors, other important questions concerning construction.
