Denis Aleinikov, Senior Partner of Law Group “Argument” participated in I International Forum “Capital Market of the Republic of Belarus” organized by the “Investment company “Capital Times” LTD (Minsk) and “Cbonds-Congress” LLC (St. Petersburg) on February 17, 2011.

To discuss the current situation, trends and prospects of the Belarusian capital market the Forum has united representatives of state authorities (Dmitry Golukhov, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus; Taras Nadolniy, Deputy Chairman of the Board, National Bank of the Republic of Belarus; Natalya Zhernosek, Director of the State property Fund of the Republic of Belarus and others) and over 200 top specialists in different spheres from Belarus, Ukraine and Russia.

The event has focused on significant issues of the capital market functioning: privatization processes in the Republic of Belarus, capital market after January 2011; entire abolition of shares flow restrictions from 2011; issues on attraction of investors, etc.
