| On December 15, 2011 the senior associate of Law Group “Argument” Sergei Alekseenko attended the first meeting of the Corporate Law Club organized by the journal “Industrial and Commercial Law” and dedicated to the topic “Problems with the Withdrawal of Shareholders from LLC”.In particular, such topical issues as simultaneous submission of applications on withdrawal by all shareholders of LLC, the actions required when there is only one shareholder left in LLC and other questions were discussed during the meeting.Some of the experts who attended the meeting are the Chairman of the International Arbitration Court at Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jan I. Funk, a judge of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus D.P. Alexandrov and others. |
