On June 30, 2011 senior partner Denis Aleinikov commented for the live program "Sphere of interests" of Belteleradiocompany the new Presidential Decree No. 5 which introduces electronic registration of legal entitites and entrepreneurs in Belarus. From the enforcement date of the Decree there will be two possibilities to file the documents with the registration authorities: to visit the office of the registration organ or to file the documents electronically via the special Web portal.

Denis explained legal consequesnces, especially advantages, as well as possible hidden dangers of electronic registration.
