Key Tendencies for Increasing the Value of Industrial Enterprises”, held on December 9-10, 2010 under the direction of International Association “Economic Research and Education”. International experts, leading specialists of the republic, auditors, having rich practical experience in optimization of financial management in group of companies, attracting foreign investors, putting the enterprise to the stock-exchange, as well as officials and owners of enterprises, managers of higher level, and heads of financial departments have taken part in the Conference. The basic subject area of this arrangement covered some topical issues in the field of technologies of attracting the long-term investments on international markets, assessment of different techniques of attracting capital in conditions of instability, optimization of the company for increasing the cost, etc. The second day of the conference was marked by holding of the master class of the international investment expert (Matiss Paegle Atmosclear SA, (Lozanna, Switzerland), Head of Business Development, Latvia) who covered the issues on attracting the strategic investor, on Investment Banking and Investment Relations. |
