Pavan Duggal, an Indian lawyer, the founder and chairman of the International Commission on Cybersecurity Law, visited the Aleinikov&Partners office as a part of his business visit to Belarus. The author of the book on Belarusian crypto legislation met with Denis Aleinikov to learn first-hand how Belarus managed to create attractive legal conditions for IT businesses from all over the world.
