On November 18, 2011 senior partner of Law Group "Argument" Denis Aleinikov and partner Dmitry Matveev participated in the business seminar “Attracting Finance and Investment and its Protection”. The master class was organized by Hogan Lovells, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and others. The keynote speaker of the seminar was the director of the Securities Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Halperin. During the master class such important topics as legal aspects of investment in the Republic of Belarus, the review of the EBRD activities in Belarus, joint ventures in Russia and the CIS countries were discussed. |
